With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda F. Evans of Effingham, South Carolina, born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on August 9, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph Owens and Edith Gertrude Broach Owens; her husband Herbert Lee Evans; her son Hartman Lee Evans; her granddaughter Katelyn Kirk; and her brothers, Randy Owens, Legrand Owens and Jerry Owens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Driver (JL) of Effingham and Melissa Kirk (Ron) of Florence; her grandchildren, Abigail, Ashlyn, Jarron "Buck", Christopher and Zach; her brother Dexter Owens; her close friend Patricia Hughes (Pat); and her sister Melissa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
