It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Viola Williams Moses (Effingham, South Carolina), born in Timmonsville, South Carolina, who passed away on May 22, 2019, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Kennedy and Whittimore Kennedy; and her sons, Massilon, Jordan, Gregory, Robert and Cluade.
She is survived by: her children, Annie L. Williams, Patricia A. Williams of Cincinnati, Ohio, James M. Williams of New York, NY, Thaddeus Williams (Judy) of Cincinnati, Wesley C. Williams (Sylvia) of Cincinnati and Willie Williams of Jacksonville, FL; and her sister Ann Gaiter (Lawrence) of Cincinnati, OH. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
