We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Maxie Jack Gaymon of Effingham, South Carolina, born in Florence, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Spirgon Maxie and Gettie Lee Gaymon; and his siblings, John Wesley Gaymon, Robert Gaymon and Virgie Lee Poston.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Marie Gaymon; his son Maxie Jack Gaymon, Jr.; his siblings, Edward Gaymon (Arlene), Mary Lyerly (late Willam) and Betty Gaymon-Sligh (late Charlie); his mother-in-law Mary G. Coker; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Alexander, Sharon Love (Tony), Wanda Mouzon (Charles), Scott Coker (Lois) and Michael Coker. He is also survived by nieces/great nieces and nephews/great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cancer Center at McLeod Regional Medical Center.
