He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Lee and Troy Lee; his former wife Frances Prosser Lee; his wife Glenda F. Lee; and his siblings, JC Lee, Elijah Lee, Charloise Wise, Jettie Tedder and Lizzie Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Hardwick, Jr. (Pamela) and DeNeen Hardwick Allen (Jim); his niece Beverly Hatchell; his grandchildren, Morgan Inman Phillips (John David), Sydney Lee Hardwick, Lucas Hatchell and Zackary Hardwick; his great grandchildren, Marissa Phillips and Jack Phillips; his brother-in-law Richard Faircloth (Phyllis); and also, Michelle Allen Melton (Ty), Kevin Allen (Amanda), Kimber Melton, Madelyn, Lena, Ryker and Ashyr Allen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lebanon FWB Building Fund.
