He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Carvin Yarborough and Evelyn Poston Yarborough; and his siblings, Austin Yarborough, Lucille Johnston, David Yarborough and Buddy Yarborough.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Elaine Evans Yarborough of Effingham; his daughters, Carol "Lynn" Yarborough (Tony) of Effingham, Kimberly Yarborough of Illinois and Mitzi Davis (Josh) of Evansville, Indiana; his stepgranddaughter Ruthie Coombs of Pueblo, CO; and his cousin Iris Conoly of Elgin, SC..
