He is survived by: his parents, William Lee "Bill" Bailey, Sr. and Jackie Bailey (Morris); his wife Linda Bailey (Moses) of Effingham; his stepsons, Aaron, Scott (Kimberley) and David; his sister Lesley B. Howard (Jimmy); and his nephew John Taylor Blakeley.
