Webb (Rodney) of Spring, TX; and his siblings, Carol McPhail, Betty Reeves of Shelby, NC, Joyce Proctor (Amos) of Richmond, VA and William Proctor (Kim) of Olanta, SC. He is also survived by three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
