She was predeceased by: her parents, Friendly Bryant and Bertie Mae Hutchinson Welch; her husband Calvin C. Frazier; her daughter Lucy Byrd; and her brothers, Donald Welch and Jennings Welch.
She is survived by: her children, James C. Frazier of Effingham, Ann Floyd (Ravenel) of Effingham and Linda Holloman (Laverne) of Effingham; her son-in-law Jerry Byrd of Coward; her brother Bryant E. Welch (Ann); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Welch of Florence. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 21 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
