He was predeceased by: his parents, Topsy Ward Parker and Edward Harley Parker, Sr.; his siblings, Charles Russell Parker, Allard "Al" Francis Parker and Debbie Parker Martin; and his son Edward H. Parker, III.
He is survived by: his daughter Yolanda "Landy" Parker; his grandchildren, Mary Ellis Moss and Parker Chapman; his aunts, Jeanette McGee Parker, Jody Francis Parker, Martha Smith Parker and Kathryn Parker Hopkins; and his cousins, Kim Parker Vause and Ray Parker. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
