She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert Allen Carter of Florence; her parents, Paul Parrott and Hazel Parrott of Timmonsville; her children, Dustin DeFee (Ashley) of Frederick, MD and Ashley Coker of Effingham; her grandchildren, Rosalie DeFee, Hudson DeFee and Jayden Allen Spencer; and her siblings, Joey Parrott of Timmonsville, Cindy Carter (Mitchell) of Timmonsville and Scott Parrott (Michele) of Timmonsville.
