She was predeceased by: her father Alfred Yeoma Revels, Sr.; her husband Francis "Frank" Wilson Perkins, Sr.; and her mother Elizabeth "Bessie" Wylie Revels. She is survived by: her brother Alfred Yeoma Revels, Jr. (Betty Anne) of Chester, SC; her sons, Francis "Wilson" Perkins, Jr. (Eleanor) of Cleveland, SC and David "Wylie" Perkins of Edisto Beach, SC; and her granddaughter Eliana. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
