He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Bain Black and Wayne Douglas Black Sr.; his wife Alana Black; his son Bert Black; his brothers, Calvin R. Black and Randall Black; and his brother-in-law Gary Barton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marietta Doolin (Terry W.), Virginia Sue Barton and George Thomas Black (Gloria); his sister-in-law Thelma Black; and his nephews, Chris Black, Bradley Robbins and McFalls.
