He was predeceased by: his parents, Cade Bailey and Winnie Proctor Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Simpson Bailey; and his siblings-in-law, Gale Jerolmon, David Jerolmon, Jennie Lynn Simpson, Jerry Simpson and Judy Simpson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
