Sanford Phillips Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2020, at the age of 63, Sanford Phillips of Edgemoor, South Carolina, born in Sandusky, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sanford Phillips to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phillips and Hazle Phillips (McClellan); and his brothers, Jerry Phillips and Franklin "Eugene" Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Patty (Fantozz) of Edgemoor, SC; his children, Eric (Megan) of St. Francisville, LA and Kelly of Baton Rouge, LA; his grandsons, Luke and James; his sisters, Lori Gisewite of Columbus, OH and Pam Baramidze of Columbus, OH; his brother-in-law Bobby Fantozz (Debbie) of Sandusky, OH; and his mother-in-law Carol Fantozz of Sandusky, OH.. He is also survived by children, and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26 at 11:00 A. M at Bass Cauthen Funeral Home, 700 Heckle Blvd, Rock Hill, SC with a memorial service to follow at 12:00 P. M. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing in respect of our friends and family.
For those who wish, memorial donations can be made to the Audubon Society In honor of Sam's tenacious flock of hummingbirds that entertained him daily during his illness.
