She is survived by: her children, Gail D. Coker (Dean) of Edgemoor and Richard P. Dover, Jr. of Charlotte; her brother Robert S. Capps of Charlotte; and her grandchildren, Barry Benfield, Michael Dover and Kristin Kelly.
