He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Thomas Devinney and Inez Terry Devinney; and his brothers, Leon Devinney, Donald Devinney and Ricky Devinney.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Devinney; his sons, Donnie Devinney (Michelle) of Surfside Beach, SC and Terry Devinney (April) of Rock Hill; his sister Barbara Hill (Jerry) of York; his grandchildren, Dusten Devinney (Heather), Kelsey Devinney, Brittany Devinney, Whitney Howell (Justin) and Porter Burkett; and his great grandchild Laiklyn Watkins.
A reception was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel (2133 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Gary's name to Interim Hospice, 154 Amendment Avenue, Suite 106, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
