With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Tinkler of Edgemoor, South Carolina, born in Fort Mill, South Carolina, who passed away on January 26, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle V Godfrey and Mary Fite Godfrey; her husband James E Tinkler; her siblings, Harold Godfrey, Louise Yarborough and Nancy Roberts; and her great grandchild Corporal Briantt Scott Tinkler.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Tinkler (Jenell) of Edgemoor and Larry Tinkler (Angie) of Rock Hill. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
