He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Lyon Turner and Wiley H. Turner, Jr. of Edgefield; and his sister Margaret Sue Jolly. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Wallace of Trio; his sons, Wiley H. IV and James Andrew; his daughters-in-law, Ann and Becky; his grandchildren, Drew (Caroline), Margaret (Garrett), Sarah (Clark), Wiley H. Turner V. and Kristin (Charner); his nephews, Daniel, Joel and Rankin Jolly; and also, Ben Boney, Jack Batchelder and Nathan Boney. He is also survived by his family – especially those Grandchildren!The family will receive friends.
