He was predeceased by: his parents, Corene Simon and Billy Simon. He is survived by: his fiancée Dianne; his children, Deidra Wilson (Branson), Charlene Busbee (Brian), Jolene Cockrell (Christopher), Erica Dunn (Randy), Timmy and Tony Simon; his siblings, Willie Simon (Sue), Larry Simon (Donna) and Sandra Shackleford (Bobby); and his great grandchildren, Rachel, Blake Wilson, Briana, Clint Busbee and Landon Cockrell.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home, Inc. (801 Columbia Rd, Edgefield, SC 29824). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
