He is survived by: his wife Virginia Watson Berry; his son Pat Berry (Karen); his daughter-in-law Pam Shaffer; his daughter Michelle Berry; his sister Patricia Byrd; his grandsons, Tyler Shaffer, Derek Ventura and Matthew Manibog; and his great grandchild Ellie Jo Rose Ventura.
