She is survived by: her mother Virlie Blackwell-Owens; her children, Debra Phillips of Edgefield, SC., Shawn Fogle of Bellingham and Charles Isdell of Fairfax, SC.; her grandchildren, Alianna Wojnar of Edgefield, SC, Angelique Phillipe-Fogle of Edgefield, SC, Gracelyn, Gemma Isdell of Warrenville, SC and Luna Fogle of Bellingham, WA.; her great grandchild Brenleigh Fincham; and her siblings, Debbie Barksdale of Tulsa, Shirley Hamill of Wilburton, Cindy Kelly of Coperas Cove and Randy Brashear of Aiken, SC.
