He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Howze Dorn of Columbia, SC; his sons, Norman Van Dorn of Irmo, SC and Cyrus Nelson (Tenecka Dorn) of Edgefield, SC; his granddaughter Ashtyn Ryan Dorn; his sisters-in-law, Annie Howze of Edgmor, SC, Rose Howze of Charlotte, NC and Mary D. Dantzler of Charlotte, NC; his nephew Gilbert Oliphant of North Augusta, SC; and his cousin James Anderson of Ft. Lauderdale, FLA. He is also survived by other relatives and sorrowing friends.
