With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph L. Welch of Edgefield, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 3, 2024 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Welch and Janice Welch. He is survived by: his wife Penny; his son Alex Welch; and his sisters, Cindy Bass and Rhonda McBurney.
