He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Stack, and Joseph D. Stack, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Floyd Stack; his children, Jonathan C. Moore and Chrissy Miller; and his siblings, Hugh Stack, Pam Oglesby and Rita Willis. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
