He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Osar and Doris Davis Morgan, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Morgan (Francis), Patrick Morgan (Christie) and Nick Morgan; and his siblings, Bruce Morgan, Steve Jones, Frances McKeever and Elaine Abbott. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
