She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles B. Clark and Estelle Huiet Clark; her uncle George "Buck" Huiet; her husband Paul M. Carpenter; her son Wayne; her granddaughter Libby; and her siblings, Clara C. Gray, Beecher Clark, Harlan Clark, George "Buck" Huiet, Jr., Fritz Huiet and Gene Huiet.
She is survived by: her aunt Lillian; her children, George H. "Buck" Carpenter (Brenda), Roy D. "Ike" Carpenter (Angie), Nancy C. Asbill (Buck) and Michael M. Carpenter (Jewel); her siblings, Betty H. Sexton and Dick Huiet; and her sister-in-law Mae Carpenter Padgett. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to the coronavirus, there will be a private funeral.
