It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Keane Tyler of Edgefield, South Carolina, who passed away on April 30, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Buck Tyler; her parents, John Keane and Bernice Keane; and her brothers, Jack Keane and Mike Keane.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beth T. Reynolds and Terri T. Mayson (Bruce); her sister Connie Keane Olney (George); her sisters-in-law, Sonia Tyler Harper and Myrtle Baston Tyler; her grandchildren, Aubrey Shields, Noelle Booth (Dan), Sarah Mayson and Tyler Mayson (Mary Anna); and her great grandchildren, Caroline, Zane Shields, Tinsley, McKinley Booth, Brenden Mayson and Stetson Mayson.
