It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Stebbins Welsh (Edgefield, South Carolina), born in Watervliet, New York, who passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. Welsh, Jr.; and her parents, Napolean L. Stebbins and Matilda Kingsley Stebbins. She is survived by: her children, Robert Welsh III (Danielle), Jody Dye (Don), Betsy Wilkinson, Paul K. Welsh (Stacy) and Jason Welsh (Rita); and her sisters, Lorraine Johnson and Regina Kincaid. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 social distancing will be observed and facial masks requested.
