He was predeceased by: his parents, Anita Fay and Timothy Fay. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua David Fay and Timothy Jason Fay; and his siblings, Patrick Fay, Robin Malpass and Adam Fay. He is also survived by spouses; one grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
