With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Owen Smiley (Edgefield, South Carolina), who passed away on June 1, 2020 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Langdon Talbot and Kathryn A. Kropp Owen. She is survived by: her husband Henry Burt Smiley; her daughter Becky Burgos (David); her stepchildren, Mike Smiley (Chandra) and Regina Gordon; and her siblings, Langdon, Richard Owen and Peggy Saulters.
Due to the current COVID 19 health concerns a celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
