It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Nelson Meyer (Edgefield, South Carolina), born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on May 24, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne W. Meyer; and her parents, Marvin Nelson and Stella L. Fletcher Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Robert Meyer (Wanda), Kevin Meyer (Sheralyn), Susan Price (Steve), Shay Clawson (Steve) and Teresa Cockrell; and her brother Robert Nelson. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 a private graveside service will be held.
