He was predeceased by: his parents, Earlie Mae Keaton and Leonard Non Kelley; his son Timothy Kelley; his granddaughter Neisa Cherie White; and his siblings, Will Kelley, WillieMae Tucker and Ruth Rhodes.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Kelley Manley of Seneca, Wilton Kelley, Jr. of Easley, Fred Kelley of Easley, Mike Kelley of Easley, Joe Kelley (Stacey Penland) of Travelers Rest and Tina Kelley Whitlock (Dolan) of Six Mile; and his sister Lois Holbrooks. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
