He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Riggins and Lora Smith Riggins. He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Riggins Graham of Easley and Belinda Riggins Ellenburg of Easley; and his nieces and nephews, Lora Graham (Robert Jones) of Easley, Kaitlin Ellenburg of Colorado, Scott Graham of Virginia and Eric Graham (Tiffany) of Florida. He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews.
