He is survived by: his wife Kathy Galloway Pack; his parents, John Raymond and Janet Weston Pack; his children, Rebecca Pack, John Michael of Easley and Paul David Pack of Easley; his grandmother Zelma Weston of Piedmont; and his siblings, Phillip Pack (Courtney), Joseph Andrew Pack (Sonya), Jeremy Pack (Angie) and Andrea Cole (Justin).
