He was predeceased by: his parents, Colie Lee Cook and Margaret Gambrell Blumer; and his brother Michael Lee Cook. He is survived by: his wife Edith Whitfield Cook; his daughter Lesley Dellinger of Easley; his grandson Brandon Dellinger of Greer; his niece Kristina Callahan; and his nephew Dusty Cook.
