She was predeceased by: her father George Wentz; and her grandparents, Ezra, Leafie Simmons, Richard and Sarah Ina Wentz.
She is survived by: her mother Sherley Ilene Simmons Wentz; her brother David Wentz (Donna) of Fountain Inn, SC; her nephews, Jeramey Wentz (Melissa) and Joshua Wentz (Constance); and her niece Jessica Wentz (Justin Armitage).
