He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Kenneth Noggle and Ada Draper Noggle. He is survived by: his wife Karen Durham Noggle; his children, Ryan Burkhart (Sarah), Chana Laurent, Angel Guy (Patrick) and Caroline Kennedy (Aaron); and his sisters, Jan Bushatz (Ron) and Janice Carr. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
