She was predeceased by: her husband George Cox; her parents, Herman Watson and Ruby Watson; and her siblings, Patsy Williams and Wayne Morgan.
She is survived by: her brother Ronnie Watson; and her children, Allen Furr (Sheila), Gail Newkirk and Tammy Mitchell (David). She is also survived by six grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
