He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Scruggs; his children, Freddy Scruggs of Easley, Rhonda Turner (Tony) of Pickens, April Hunes (Scott) of Greer and Rebecca Robinson (Aaron) of Piedmont; his stepsons, David Richardson of Greenville and Allan Richardson of Easley; and his sister Nancy Stephens of Pickens. He is also survived by 13 grandkids; 5 step grandkids and 5 step great grandkids.
