He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Raines and Fannie Raines; and his siblings, David, Frank, John and Bertie.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Raines (Tara) of Pickens, Barry Raines (Michelle) of Pickens and Tina Hawkins (John) of Williamston; his grandchildren, Robert Raines, Kayla Raines, Amber Raines, Kohl Raines, Daniel Soto, Cheyenne Davis, David Davis, Katelen Hawkins and Adriann Hawkins; his great grandchild Desmona; and his siblings, Geraldine, Ruby, Kenny and Helen.
