He is survived by: his children, Gaston Dunson, Tabitha Dunson (Jason) of Pickens, Dean Broome (Jennifer) and Bonnie Broome; his grandchildren, Taylor (Scott), Tyler (Cierra), Sally, Matthew, Caden, Isaac, Lexi and Will; his great grandchild Carter; his siblings, Earl Long of Travelers Rest, Jackie Broome, Sylvia Cooper of Travelers Rest and Sandra Hall of Travelers Rest; and his close friend Wallace Phillips of Pickens.
