He was predeceased by: his wife Amelia Andon Riggins; his parents, Bruce E. Riggins and Inez Chapman Riggins; and his brothers, Eugine Riggins and Clifford Riggins.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Riggins (Lorraine) of Medfield, MA, Bruce Riggins (Susan) of Pembroke, MA, Michael Riggins (Betty Ann) of Easley and Dianne Correia (William "Dan") of Raleigh, NC; his sisters, Catherine Young of Liberty and Juanita Gossett of Liberty; his grandchildren, Robert Riggins (Kerri), Stephen Riggins (Beth), Brian Correia (Renee), Matthew Riggins, Kelly Riggins, Christopher Riggins and Ashley Riggins; and his great grandchildren, Catherine Riggins, Summer Correia and Serafina Riggins.
