She is survived by: her husband Jack Mahaffey; her brother Fred Dodson; her sons, Phillip Mahaffey and Mark Mahaffey; her daughter-in-law Karen Weber Mahaffey; her granddaughters, Rebecca Mahaffey and Destinee Mahaffey Merritt; and her grandson-in-law Ryan Merritt.
