She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clarence "Doc" and Frances Loudella Tucker Tinsley; and her brother Fred Allen Tinsley. She is survived by: her sons, Michael R. Fulmer of Easley and Tony C. Fulmer of Travelers Rest; her grandsons, Tony Brad Fulmer and Shannon Michael Fulmer; her great grandchild Cassie Fulmer; and her siblings, Roy Tinsley, John Tinsley and Jo Ann Tinsley Rice.
