He is survived by: his wife Aimee Diane Cruse of Easley; his children, Justin Childress of Wilmington, NC and Rebecca Blair (Joshua) of Pickens; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Hayden, Reid, Bentley and Braydon; his siblings, Daune Raines (Greg) of Pickens, Angela Sullivan (Tommy) of Simpsonville, James "Scooter" Cruse Jr. of Liberty, Todd Wright (Kelly) of Easley and Laura Massey (David); and his nieces and nephews, Garrett Cruse, Gregory Cruse, Alex Raines, Que Turner, Stacy Stansell, Mary O'Shields, Kristin Turner and Jessica Merrow.
