He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth E. McCoy and Thelma Gaines McCoy; his son Michael Kenneth McCoy, II; and his brother Joe William McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Masters McCoy; his daughters, Angela M. Jones (Charles) of Easley and Jill L. McCoy of Easley; and his grandchildren, Michael Charles Jones, Lydia and Maeve Jones.
