He is survived by: his children, Frances Roper, Marie Chappell (Gaines), Wayne Davis (Donna), Jerry Davis (Shelby), Carter Davis (Lynn) and Victor Davis (Janice); and his grandchildren, Mark Roper (Heather), Scott Davis (Crystal), Lee Davis (Tammy), BJ Davis (Melissa), Tammy Davis (Kevin Greer), Nicholas Davis (Suzanne), Eric Davis (Laura) and Chris Davis (Diana). He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchild.
