It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn M Merritt (Easley, South Carolina), born in Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on June 6, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Neely and Mae Mizell Miller. She is survived by: her sons, John Floyd Merritt of Easley and Dr. Frank Marion Merritt, III (Jan) of Atlanta, Georgia. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
