He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Tilman and Lexie Blair Harbin; and his son Jody Harbin. He is survived by: his wife Wilhelmina Elizabeth Ferguson "Willie" Harbin of Easley; his children, Barry Harbin (Susan) of Piedmont, Elizabeth Watson (Dale) of Pickens, Alan Harbin (Linda) of Easley and Katherine Vissage (Jody) of Easley; his grandchildren, Brent Harbin, Brandi Roper, Shaun Harbin, Lexie Hendricks, Jake Harbin, Caleb Vissage, Seth Watson, Aaron Watson and Grace Watson; and his stepgrandchildren, Leah Gmerck and Ariel Jones. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; three sisters; and a brother.
