He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Collins and Pauline Massingill Collins. He is survived by: his wife Janice Collins; his children, Tammie B. Hill (Jeff), Jan Horne (Greg), Derrill Collins (Kathy), Gerald Collins and Terry Collins; and his grandchildren, Melissa Conners, Jill Brown, Alicia Powell, Brook Collins and Lee Collins. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
